Tom Hogan brings more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Community Action Services and Food Bank. After serving for five years as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer, Tom stepped into the CEO position with deep institutional knowledge, a strong commitment to mission, and a heart rooted in community service.
A proud graduate of Utah State University, Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development with a minor in Human Resource Management and has pursued postgraduate studies in the same field. His career began in early childhood education as a Migrant Head Start Center Director, and his path has led through a wide range of human services roles—including nearly a decade leading the Cache County Senior Citizens Center, where he oversaw programs like Meals on Wheels.
He has served on several community boards, including the Cache Valley Transit District, and has been an active member of service clubs such as the Logan Lions Club, Springville Kiwanis Club, and leadership roles in Logan’s Troop 1 Boy Scouts.
